Andrew Little
Director
Andrew qualified as an actuary with PWC and has worked for Watson Wyatt and Mercer UK.
Andrew has held a Scheme Actuary Certificate since 2005 and is also a Professional Trustee accredited by the Pensions Management Institute.
Annie Kennedy
Actuary
Annie qualified as an actuary with Watson Wyatt in 1991, focusing on providing pensions advice for a wide range of clients from large household names to smaller owner managed companies. She has also worked as a consultant for Mercer UK.
Stephanie Daly
Actuarial Consultant
Stephanie works in the actuarial practice providing actuarial and consultancy advice across a range of UK Schemes, whilst also working towards qualifying as an actuary.
Dean Martin
Actuarial Consultant
Dean is a technical and administration consultant who has been with Little and Company since we started in 2006. Dean provides calculation, quality assurance and bulk administration support.
Gemma Thompson
Pensions Administration Manager
Gemma is an experienced pensions administrator who manages quality and service delivery in our administration team.
Lauren Burns
Senior Pensions Administrator
Lauren Graduated from Queens University of Belfast in 2018 and is working through the PMI exams.
Lauren joined Little & Company as a senior pensions administrator in 2023.
Megan Halliday
Actuarial Consultant
Megan graduated in Mathematics and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin in 2019, and joined the Little & Company actuarial team in 2023.
Megan is working through the actuarial exams and also provides consultancy support.
